Life is on the fast track for many of us, too much to do and so little time. Our lives become cluttered with thoughts of what happened in the past and what will happen in the future that we entirely miss what is here in this moment of our life experience. When we make a choice to be in the moment, with all that is as it is, life becomes simple.
The answers we seek are not outside of our beings and we all have the ability to realize what is true in any given moment by being vigilant and watching our thoughts as they come and go. Self inquiry can help you realize what is 'real' and what is thought.
As we embark on a life of self inquiry and become aware of what is being thought, spoken and felt we have the ability to wake up and realize what is true. It takes trust, surrender, love of one self, intention and commitment. When you live your life each day with a commitment to love and have compassion for yourself and others you may notice life is not the same, and nor would you want it to be. That's the good news.
